We will provide you with instructions to mail back the nonfunctioning GPS Tracker. Once
we have verified the damage is not due to abuse and that your account is current, a
replacement tracker or a repaired tracker will be configured and sent out to you free of
All GPS trackers submitted under warranty replacement will be inspected upon receipt for
damage, misuse and tampering. As long as the GPS tracker meets the aforementioned
covered criteria, it will be replaced free of charge.
If the device falls under the non-covered points, you will, of course, be required to
pay for replacement of the tracking hardware.
